Look at that outdoor space galore - in downtown NYC. I wish SF area had more outside living space like this.The one bedroom penthouse at 155 E. 49th Street is a little jewel box of a place with a wraparound terrace with room enough for entertaining, a small study and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace.
